The Nanomist Activator times out after 60-90 seconds of continuous use. This happens to conserve the life of the battery. Simply turn device off and on again to continue use. Do I need to prep my skin to use the Nanomist Activator?

Can I use the Nanomist Activator Concentrate without the Nanomist Activator?
The Activator Concentrate is not intended to be applied directly to the skin and should be diluted before use. The special blend of ingredients found in the Activator concentrate were chosen for delivery via the Nanomist Activator. For optimal results, these two productsshould beused together. The nano atomization technology of the Nanomist Activator creates an ultra-fine, cloudlike mist which provides for superior penetration and absorption of all the key ingredients.

Can I use more than one dropper full of Activator Concentrate?
No. The Nanomist Activator uses a very delicate and sophisticated technology to generate a nano atomized mist. Adding too much Activator Concentrate to the device water well may leave the solution too viscous to process causing the device to clog and/or cease to function. If this occurs, see the FAQ below for troubleshooting tips. Please use as directed.

Help! I added too much Activator Concentrate to the Nanomist Activator and now the device won’t mist.
If this happens, reclose the cap on the Activator and try tilting the device upside down 4-5 times to allow the solution to mix and disperse. Turn on and test the device. If the mist effect is low but working, turn off the device and spill half the contents of the device well. Refill with purified water and mix again to disperse. Turn the device on. If the device still does not mist, it may be clogged. Follow the device care instructions to clean the device atomization plates.
